By accessing or using the Next Byte Modern Logic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Subject to these terms, Next Byte Modern Logic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our software for your internal business purposes only. This license does not include resale or commercial distribution rights.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information during registration; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including ABDM/NDHM guidelines; and (d) not misuse our services.
For healthcare facilities using our HMIS, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of patient data entered, compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining appropriate backups of all critical data. You must ensure all staff are trained on proper usage of the system and ABDM compliance protocols.
You retain all ownership rights to data you input into our systems. Next Byte Modern Logic does not claim ownership of your data. However, we may process anonymized data for product improvement purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Access to our software requires a valid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may modify pricing upon 30 days' notice. Licenses are tied to specific facilities and may not be transferred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Byte Modern Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
